The Founder of our firm, Mr. David Sydney Pye was the first Solicitor to open a Law office in Blacktown in 1923. Today, the firm continues to provide legal services to the community of Greater Western Sydney. Simi Salooja has joined Fairfax Lawyers since August 2024 and practices in Family Law. Ken Fairfax, has been associated with the firm for over 30 years and Sheralee Wade has been with the firm since 2003. We are excited to have been part of the Norwest Business Community since 2005.
Kenneth Fairfax
Principal Solicitor | Accredited Business Law & Wills and Estates Specialist
Ken holds Commerce and Law degrees from the University of New South Wales and is a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in Business Law and Wills and Estates, with extensive experience in corporate and business law, conveyancing, commercial matters, and estate planning and disputes, and has also served as a Notary Public since 2006.
Sheralee Wade
Accredited Family Law Specialist
Sheralee is an Accredited Family Law Specialist who practises primarily in family law and de facto relationship property and children’s matters, is a member of the Legal Aid Family Law Panel with extensive court experience in the Parramatta Family Courts, and has lectured at Western Sydney University since 2003 on subjects including Alternative Dispute Resolution and Business Law.
Deidre Bickerstaff
Conveyancing Paralegal
Deidre has over 30 years’ experience working with both CBD and suburban law firms and has been with Fairfax Lawyers since 1994 as the firm’s Conveyancing Paralegal, handling rural, residential, commercial, and industrial conveyancing matters as well as assisting with wills and estates, while also enjoying dog agility in her spare time.
